Return Policy

At Horn & Heat, we stand behind the quality of our sauces and want every customer to have a great experience.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

Unopened items may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

Please email support@hornandheat.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the shipping box, if possible

We will replace the damaged item or issue a refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Once your request is approved, refunds are processed to the original method of payment.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts are final sale and not eligible for refunds, except in cases of damage or defect.
