Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location.
Orders of three or more bottles ship free.
Any promotional shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout when available.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.

International Shipping
At this time, Horn & Heat does not offer international shipping. This may change as we expand.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@hornandheat.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly first. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us and we’ll assist where possible.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Horn & Heat is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
